Over the last 24 years, the digital landscape has evolved and so has Zen! We originally started as a web development agency but have developed into a full-service digital agency based in the heart of Glasgow. Throughout our journey, there have been many challenges, like the global pandemic, that highlighted the importance of a brand’s digital presence through digital marketing and its website.

How we work
Agile approach
When working on web projects we take an agile approach to each of our projects. The 'scrum framework' we utilise is simple, and flexible and includes daily scrum meetings with key people involved in the project. This ensures our clients witness real-time progress and are constantly updated every step of the way. The result is subsequently a more dependable, enjoyable and quicker process that adheres to both desired outcomes and set objectives.
This approach also informs our way of working on other digital mediums where we regularly set objectives and plan out strategies on how to best achieve said objectives.
